Mace Oil

The essential oil of nutmeg is produced by steam distillation of the dried husk that hold the nutmeg seed. Like nutmeg, the oil delivers a valuable warm spicy character for both flavors and fragrances.

Mace Oil is rich in Sabinene, Alpha and Beta Pinene, with higher content of Terpineol and Elemicin than nutmeg oil.
